With UFC 103 just days away, I thought I’d post some training pics from Rich’s camp here with us. You can see a lot of the same scenery that was used in footage for the Countdown show on Spike this week. They were basically bored of filming Rich in the gym over and over again so we decided to head outdoors and get some different footage.

As you can see, we had a lot of good fighters in town for this camp. Aside from Rich, we had Brock Larson, Robbie Lawler, and Tim Boetsch here as well all training together. It was also Brock Larson’s training camp and he will fighting in the Ultimate Fight Night on Sept. 16th so wish him luck!
Brock is a tough guy, VERY strong for his size, and loves to work hard. He’s also a very good guy and exactly the kind of fighter I enjoy working with. Unfortunately, he’s fighting on the undercard but hopefully he’ll get the KO or a good submisson and they’ll end up showing his fight.
Vitor is a tough opponent for Rich and he’s extremely quick and explosive so everyone should expect it to be an exciting fight. As the fight wears on, look for Rich to have the advantage because Vitor likes to finish guys quick and dicate the pace of the fight and when those things don’t happen, he tends to lose. It’s going to be a great fight I’m sure and I’m looking forward to seeing it.
I’ll be heading down to Dallas in a couple of days and will be sure to post more pics from the fights.
