For combat athletes, throwing athletes, and a great deal many others, the shoulder is an area particularly prone to injury because of the large ROM the joint is capable of.
For the pec stretch, it looked like in the video he was hanging on with his anterior shoulder structure. Won’t that just put all the stress on the AC joint. Also, shouldn’t we cue some sort of scapular positioning. Thanks,
